◾️ Rates/Cancel Policy

■ Villa Rental Rate  ¥30,000 per night ~ (Rates vary depending on the season) ■ Optional Fees  BBQ Equipment Rental (Free): ¥0 / per use ■ Cancellation Policy -30–21 days prior: 30% charge -20–15 days prior: 50% charge -14–8 days prior: 80% charge -7 days prior / Same day: 100% charge ■ Notes *Rates may vary depending on the season. *A security deposit may be required for certain bookings. *For bank transfers, a security deposit is always required. *The deposit will be refunded after check-out if no damage or rule violations are found. (For credit card payments, card details will be kept on file instead.) *Changes to reservations within the cancellation period are not allowed. *Bank transfer fees for refunds in case of cancellation will be borne by the guest. *For bookings made through sites other than STAYCATION, the cancellation policy of each platform will apply.

■ Guest Capacity - Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may enter the property. - If the actual number of guests differs from the reservation, this will be considered a violation and may result in immediate eviction. ■ Guest Information - Submission of a guest register (name, address, age, occupation, gender [optional], and nationality for all guests) is required. - For foreign nationals or when required by law, a passport or photo ID may be requested. ■ Check-in Procedure - Self check-in: Please follow the provided instructions (including PDF, if applicable). ■ Use of Fire - Fireworks, candles, bonfires, or any other open flames are strictly prohibited (indoors, garden, and surrounding outdoor areas). - Exceptions may apply for certain facilities. ■ Noise Policy - No loud noise is permitted. - Please refrain from outdoor conversations at night. ■ Cleaning - Final cleaning after check-out is included in the rate. - Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of use. - No mid-stay cleaning is provided. - Please separate your garbage during your stay. ■ Infants (Free of Charge) - Infants may stay free if sharing beds. - No bedding or towels are provided. ■ Prohibited Purposes - The property may not be used for purposes other than accommodation. (Examples: company retreats, social media video filming, commercial photography, etc.) - Filming requires prior approval, additional fees, and content review. ■ When Leaving / Check-out - Please lock doors, turn off lights, and switch off air conditioning. - Late check-outs will incur additional charges. - Excessive use of utilities may result in extra charges. ■ Parking - Parking is limited to the designated number of vehicles. - Parking on public roads or neighboring lots is prohibited. ■ Smoking - Smoking is prohibited indoors. - Designated outdoor areas only. - Please bring a portable ashtray and take your cigarette butts with you. ■ BBQ (Rental or Bring Your Own) - BBQ equipment rental available (reservation required). - Rental includes: grill, lighter, tongs, wire mesh. - Guests must bring their own charcoal and food. - Please ensure the fire is completely extinguished and clean up after use. ■ Security Cameras - Installed outdoors (entrance, back door, etc.). - Used to monitor for overcapacity or unauthorized use. ■ Violations - Breach of house rules or terms may result in penalties or compensation fees (minimum ¥50,000). - In some cases, guests may be evicted immediately. ■ In Case of Disaster - In the event of an earthquake, fire, tsunami, typhoon, or landslide, please take appropriate actions to ensure your own safety. - Follow the instructions of local authorities in case of evacuation orders.
